i met my new best friend at the farmer's market this summer.
meet Gretna.
gretna grillin cheese.
sliced.
grilled on one side.
flipped and grilled on the other.
tastes like grilled cheese :)
without the bread.
add a salad and you've got lunch ;)

That looks a lot like halloumi, a Greek cheese. I LOVE halloumi, even had some for dinner tonight in fact!
